good morning san diego.
i slept at 5am last nite.
i have no idea why.
insomnia maybe?
hahaa i have this bad feeling that someone or something's watching me,
as i try to sleep at nite in my room.
so i have been watching tv in the living room till i get so darn sleepy that i sleep without knowing that im sleeping.
you get what i mean?
heh.
but last nite was different.
i had to force myself to sleep.
because i had training later on.
since its already 5am,
it wasnt so bad.
weird eh?
so i slept for about 2h till bout 7 and went to training.
from now on,before training starts,we have to;
do a hundred dynamic pushups,
a hundred twist sit ups,
and a hundred lunges.
shiok you know.
starting of training i wanted to die.
i felt like vomiting.
but the stupid vomit didnt wanna come out.
i was hoping that id faint right away.
in the end,i didnt.
the pain went away after about 25mins.
rest of training went pretty smooth.
i have to straighten my run.
i have this bad habit that,
everytime when im gonna receive a pass,
i tend to drift.
which is really getting on mr marcus yeo's nerves.
he would go,"FARIS or HEY YOU STOP MOVING SIDE WAYS!!RUN STRAIGHT WHEN YOURE RECEIVING THE BALL!!THE BALL DOESNT HAVE WINGS!!IT WONT FLY TO YOU!!"
they have to relax man!
only my 2nd training back after a gazillion minutes of not playing rugby.
hahaha.actually i dont really mind.
cause i realise that its a stupid bad habit.
so its not wrong for them to shout at me.
heh.
so ive learnt that i must first catch the ball,
straighten my run,
and then pass.
i have been trying to receive,turn and pass at the same time.
so the result is drifting.
ill work on it la.
if this is what he wants, and it's what she wants,
then why's there so much pain?
